Just getting the feel for posting photos. A picture is worth a 1000 words when asking for help with a problem or what does your change look like.
Great system!
Just wanted to add one more picture with out duplicating the verbage???
Some have added a picture to this section. I'll get it worked out yet.

Hi all,
Adding to the mix of color choices, here is one of the many British Racing Greens in different light. Picking a color was fun depending on the light. I thought of a non-lotus colors for a while and then decided on something close to an original color.
If you like it,, Paint it.

Oct 22, 2006 car show
Bob Groat repaired a warpped hood and finished his paint job with a yellow stripe that now shows off the air intake. When it was all dark green the shape of the intake disapeared. I also added an extension to the stock exhaust tail pipe that is a little larger and a lot quieter.
Morgan, I wish I had your camera eyes like your "night time elan, polka dot, sand dunes"
But here are some pictures I took of the car with the stripe. I have not seen a stripe like this before, What do you think? Remember to click on the photos to see the true color.

Sarto,

I just cannot believe it is the same car. The stripe has done wonders it has made your car look so much more easier to look at. If you get my drift.

Now where have I put my camera :?:

I love the stripe, I have not seen one like this before. More options to think about for when I eventually get my Elan resprayed.

I thought it looked good before the stripe but seeing it after there is no comparison. Great job. Gives it a slghtly agressive front end.

How does it look with the headlamps up?. I assume that it would accentuate the facial expression (two eyes one mouth) of the car.
