I'd say from the flat polished edge and the depth, that they are normal +2 alloys, painted all black.
What is the prize for the right answer in this quiz...?? :D

I love the sound of a torque wrench in the morning. Sounds like... progress.

Kihansi

If the car was built by Tony Thompson, it could be very interesting!

I spoke to my son, he confirmed the following:

TTR engine, gearbox, diff rebuild, TTR driveshafts, diff shafts, hub shafts, manifold, exhaust, radiator, swirlpot, 26R stearing rack, clamps, UJ's and front and rear shocks.

Sorry for delay in replying, I have been away.

I just meant that if Tony Thompson had done some work on the car it might have better handling and performance than a stock car. From your son's description, it has some "interesting" enhancements.
