Westfield (some Elan content)

Many thanks for the advice, Mark.
The TC in the Westfield has a standard Ford block (not an "L" block), but
the head is original Lotus, reworked by either QED or Vulcan. The A-arm
bushes are worn, but aside from that the car looks good.
The $7,000 price reflects the local market (or lack thereof) for fringe cars
like the Eleven, 23, etc. I am still working on the Elan (just assembly
required now; I have the complete rolling chassis together, body has been
painted, and a new engine ready to bolt in), and would be overwhelmed by
another project car. Still, I am really tempted by that Westfield.
Is yours LHD as well?
As yes, Mark. I remember 1968 very clearly too. I got my license about
four years earlier and had a TR4. and was dreaming of an Elan. Just turned
the half-century, last year.

Andres
