Nuts

I pulled my +2 engine to investigate the clutch failure that occured
during the 30 seconds I was standing at traffic lights a couple of
weeks ago and found the cause to be a 10mm nut jammed between the
clutch housing and the spring fingers preventing the clutch from
properly engaging. The nut must have been in the bellhousing from the
time I changed the clutch 4 years ago and score marks show where it
has been dragged around at times. When I was sat at the lights with
the clutch depressed the nut must have found its way into its final
resting place. Needless to say I will be watching my nuts carefully
when I re-assemble.
Now what were those jobs I had meant to do if the engine was ever out,
guess I'll remember after it is back in.
