boot locking mechanism

PostPost by: mastijo » Thu Sep 29, 2005 4:50 pm

I am looking for any photos or sketches of the parts that make up the
boot support and lock mechanism. I believe there is a plate that
attaches to the drip channel of the boot and another to the floor and a
steel rod bent on both ends with small flanges that fits between the 2
plates. My car is a 1964

thanks,
John

If you can get your hands on a parts book for the S 1 - 2 you wil see a sketch of it. Not much help I'm affeared, find a car to look at.
