Anyone had any experience with the Zero-Rust product for coating
metal
parts? I am specifically looking at different anti rust treatments
for
my chassis after I have stripped all the paint & rust.

the real problem with elan chassis is that the real rust is invisible. The closing plate at the bottom of the front shock tower can rot from the inside, and once gone the tower is gone.

That said, proper surface prep and some good paint is all that is required if you aren't driving it in the winter

I have used rustoleum with good results.
