elan race set up specs

what do you guys run for the following suspension specs for racing

front toe in
front camber
rear toe in
rear camber
how much travel do you guys use on the suspension (by shock rod length)
what spring rates?
what tire pressures (I am using Avon FF fronts all round)

My car seems to step the rear out a bit on turn-in after a high speed
straight. I am wondering what could cause this. I have yet to corner
weigh the car though. This could reveal something.

The very first thing I would check would be rear toe (check it against the
car's centreline as defined by the suspension pick up points). Then camber
(which can only be accurately adjusted with the assistance of a pyrometer).
Corner weights are the least important of the lot.
