Chapman Stearing wheel

I`m trying to refurbish my stearing wheel ,one of the alloy spokes ,not the Chapman signen one,has broken accross the hole where it rivets to the outer ring.Does any one have a spare that they want to get rid of??

They are hard to find, suggest fixing yours. when I have seen them on ebay,they are over 200 USD
