Depends what you want the fire extinguisher for? (apart from the
obvious). If it is for competition what do the regs say? If it is just
for peace of mind then something like a 1 litre hand help AFFF from
lifeline.

Same thing, easier on the ozone. It isn't cheap, but then again what's
your Elan worth? Good luck!

I put Halotron's in both my Lotuses. Originally had the Halon in the
Esprit. 5LB in the Elan, 2 LB in the Esprit...IIRC. Primary intention
is to extinguish any fire on ME first!, then the car.
