Wiring Harness

I purchased a wiring harness from BritishWiring in Chicago for my S2 and
was quite pleased with the product. The issue I faced when I got it was "Which
wire is which?" --- relating the wiring diagram to the loom in front of me.
With a blow up of the manual's diagram - I was able to start with simple
things like the Alternator, horn, rear end and fuse box and then use a multimeter
to figure out which wire was which - by simply tracing colors on the wiring
diagram. I then labeled each one with some masking tape and was ready to
go. Took me about 3 evenings to get the whole thing figured out. Went back
into the car easily. I didn't have any pictures of the old car (I bought
it in boxes) - and everything worked perfectly the first time!!
Easier than I thought it would be - once I got into it.
Good luck
