Honestly, I've dealt with Steve Taylor and have been quite happy with his service and parts. Not fair to judge the man on an incident where we don't know the full details.

Perhaps those who have any doubts should here both sides of the story from both Steve and Bill.

I wouldn't hesitate. I have dealt with Steve for many years and never
found him anything but helpful. Very quick service. Bill might have
had some kind of problem but I bet 99.9% are very happy with great
service the Elan Factory provides.
