Is there anyway to get to the steering joint to ground the horn
without pulling out the radiator? Thanks. Dan

I could not find a way when mine came loose. I ended up using a long
drift and tapping against the edges of the flats of the nut/bolt.
How long it will last I have no idea, but my hone does work again.

I grounded my horn by fitting the ground wire under the grease
nipple on the steering rack. It is in front of the radiator bottom
tank.

Dan,

I replaced a broken earth wire on the steering U/J my Plus 2 (in Milan) two weeks ago, using axle stands, a 1/2" ring spanner and a 1/4" drive rachet spanner with a 4" extension. Now that I'm home also just noticed that there is access from the right front wheel arch.

Ever experienced driving in Italian rush hour city traffic with no working horn ? Not to be recommended !
