What spring rates do you use for your dual (road/race) use car?

I used 150 lb/in front and 120 lb/in rear and spaced the aeons down 20 mm and used a 7/8 inch roll bar when my Elan was truly dual use back in the 80's and early 90's. Now though its road registered and I drive it on the road it is not really dual use and to stiff for comfortable road driving
