Lotus Elan and Lotus Elan Plus 2 Forums

Just come back from spending an enjoyable morning in the Chilterns at Kop Hill ( http://www.kophillclimb.org.uk/) watching all sorts of exotic machinery attempt the hill (actually not that hard for anything post mid 30's) but noticed there were very few Lotus's in the entry list (or in the car park, come to that). I think it was 1 Elan and 2 +2s out of about 800 cars (+ about 200 bikes). Wandering round the car park was as interesting as the entry list with a huge variety of the exotic, quirky and bizarre. Sadly no pics as I went there on foot so no camera.

Anybody else here gone to spectate or thinking about entering next year? Despite only living six miles away I forgot all about it until a couple of weeks ago, by which time the entry list was full. I really must put it in my diary for 2012.
