Need advice for the following please:

1. What is recommended as a digital rev limiter ?
2. What is recommended as a digital fan controller ?
3. What is recommended as a throttle linkage system where bonnet clearance is an issue ?
4. Is anyone running a lamda sensor in the exhaust "Y" piece ? If so, what are you monitoring the sensor with ?
