This is a list for Lotus Elan owners to come in, grab a cup of coffee and sit back and talk about our love for the Elans. Whether you are an owner, owner to-be, or just an interested party, this list is devoted to sharing information, fixes, impressions, or just plain friendship over the Lotus Elan. We cover all models of the Elan including S1, S2, S3, S4, Sprint, Plus 2, and the 26Rs. Sign up, and enjoy the ride.

Rules of the List

1. Talk about Elans and related things.
2. No flaming unless the person really, really deserves it... then fire away!
3. Don't waste bandwidth or time - use common sense, don't quote an entire message when a snippet will do.
4. Private advertising (i.e., "my +2S 130/5 is for sale") is allowed.
5. Commercial advertising only by authorized advertisers. Check with lotuselan-owner@yahoogroups.com before posting anything commercial. Unauthorized commercial advertising will not be tolerated.
6. Heed the ListMaster's warnings: excessive flaming, off-topic posting or waste of bandwidth posting will result in subscription termination.
7. There is no rule number 7.
8. No whining.
9. Correct e-mail etiquette is required. Your e-mail must be configured properly so it does not send garbage character, HTML tags, etc. Do not type in ALL CAPS, the 'caps lock' key is right above the 'shift' key, get familiar with it. Bad e-mail will get you scolded.
