Some very "sparkly bits" in that engine & I guess it was built to take a lot of "welly"
Perhaps a bit too much "just this once" :lol:

not quite sure of the story, a missed gear possibly. Expensive :!:

Not much recoverable from that. bottom end ! How did the head end up? Check the bank account and back to the workshop for a long purchase list of expensive bits I think, This is where you need that spare engine ready to bolt in.

I have done it a couple of times with race engines, The bills afterwards sure focuses your mind on building them right..... and having a good rev limiter!!!

I suspect that was put down to an electrical failure......

A conrod went through the alternator!!

I suspect the crank went before the block but unusual to see a steel crank go like that. So why did the crank go?
