minilite wheels

what is the verdict on the minilite wheel?......(for a +2)
I refer to the size.........
I believe there are 2 options
13" x 5.0
14" x 6.0

the original lotus wheel was 13" x 5.5.....

so my main question is....what is the preferred size?

5.5 x 14 on mine and I think it looks 'just right' with Pirelli Cinturato tyres. I'm not keen on wide wheels on a plus 2.

ps I was contemplating 13" only because I've just bought a brand new set of 13" tyres

The wheels were ordered direct from Minilite when I visited their stand at the NEC a few years ago and manufactured to order.

Here is mine with Minilite 5.5" x 13" wheels. I got them from the US distributor.

I cant see that much difference in the 14" and 13".......
I'm guessing that there was no problem with clearances using either......
so now its a case of do I go just silver....or black with the diamond cut rim......mmmmm
